Rodgy Guerrera

FOUNDER

With the benefit of many years of experience in Research and Selection of Executive and Middle Management profiles in the Fashion, Design, Luxury and Consumer Goods sectors, in February 2014 Rodgy founded the company that bears her name. She started out as a Fashion and Designers Head Hunter, keeping a watchful eye on the evolution of the Digital, Retail and Consumer Goods markets.

She obtained an MBA from Hartford University (CT, USA) and developed her career in some of the most important Executive Search companies in Italy and abroad – including Egon Zehnder, Korn Ferry and TMP Executive Search – in the Fashion, Design, Luxury and Consumer Goods sectors. In the role of Head of the Placement Office at the prestigious Istituto Marangoni in Milan, she came into direct contact with the world of Style and Product, thus expanding her already considerable knowledge of the sector. By applying her proven experience and cosmopolitan background to the Executive Search method, she is able to find talented professionals both in Italy and across Europe.

Jacqueline Bonati

PARTNER

A graduate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Padua, Jacqueline began her professional career in 1992 as a Head Hunter in Moda Research.
After gaining experience in a generalist recruiting company, where she had the opportunity to improve her knowledge of the pharmaceutical and IT sectors and services, she decided to move into a corporate role. She joined Giorgio Armani Spa in 2001, and remained there until 2014, in the role of Head of Recruiting. Reporting directly to the WW Human Resources Director, she worked closely with company management, coordinating research and selection projects for all the key figures of the Milan HQ and the main branches around the world.
In 2015, Jacqueline chose to go freelance, returning to Head Hunting to focus on Executive and Middle Management profiles, and pursuing two of her main interests: coaching and teaching. She obtained the Humanistic Coaching Diploma from the Incoaching School and at the same time dedicated herself to teaching at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan for classes in English.
Since January 2016 she has been a Partner at Rodgy Guerrera and Partners.

Francesca Colombo

PARTNER

Francesca graduated from Bocconi University in 1997 in Business Administration, and began working for the Prada Group in the same year. She remained there until 2002, working in management control, consolidated financial statements, acquisitions and operations both in Italy and abroad.
From 2003, she participated in the start-up of Capucci as Licensing-Legal Manager, before joining Studio Tributario Deiure in 2005, where she dealt with contracts and corporate and tax opinions, as well as special projects for multinational and national groups.
Thanks to the confidence and experience gained at Studio Deiure, she was appointed Statutory Auditor and Auditor of various important Italian companies.
Since 2010, she has worked as a consultant for companies in the Fashion and Luxury sector, involved primarily in projects focusing on Controlling and Operations.
Curious about all that is new, including new generations, she accompanies innovative start-ups as a mentor, working with important innovation hubs.
She began her Head Hunting career in April 2015 as a Partner in Rodgy Guerrera and Partners

Daniela Fumagalli

HEAD OF RESEARCH

Daniela Fumagalli has dedicated herself to professional Head Hunting since the beginning of her career. After a degree in Political Science at the Università degli Studi di Milano and a specialisation in Brand Management in Fashion at SDA Bocconi Divisione Sistema Moda, she joined the renowned Executive Search group Amrop International as Researcher and, in 2000, she became Associate at TMP Worldwide with the Practice Consumer – Retail – Fashion & Luxury Goods.
She then took part in the start up of Value Search in 2003, where she was responsible for the Research Department, managing projects in every field, with particular focus on Fashion, Retail and Luxury Goods.
She free-lances as research and recruiting consultant for Middle and Top Management positions since 2007.

Daniela Fumagalli is Partner and Head of the Research Department at Rodgy Guerrera and Partners since February 2014.

Claire Guerrera

Her professional career started in Milano, where she specialised in communication, first as editor at Business Congress, then in the press offices of leading Italian and international PR agencies. She focused on planning media relations strategies, specifically on product communication and brand reputation. From 2000 to 2004 she was Responsible for Media Relations at Fleishman Hillard Italia, Marketing Division, where she managed important clients in the Consumer Goods industry.

She moved to Athens in 2004, to create and manage an exclusive wine boutique, which rapidly became a reference point for the promotion of Made-in-Italy products in Greece. In this enterprise she successfully combined her PR and management skills. Claire Guerrera is a Partner at Rodgy Guerrera and Partners since February 2014.
