For a renowned Group, among the leaders in the Footwear, Leather Goods, Clothing and Luxury Accessories sector globally, we are looking for a Sneakers Designer. Reporting to: Leathergoods and Shoes Head Designer

Principali attività previste

Among his/her responsibilities:

Proposal of the concept and inspiration for Men’s and Women’s Sneakers collections
Trend research, mood boards, color chart
Research of raw materials, materials, shapes, soles, structures
Designing models and providing them with technical details for the creation of prototypes
Prototype debugging
Participation in industry fairs
Reporting to: Leathergoods and Shoes Head Designer
Work location: Milan with frequent transfers

Principali attività richieste

The candidate for the professional figure sought by the Client Company and as better identified in the preceding point will preferably have the following characteristics:

About 5 years of experience in men’s and women’s sneaker style and product development
With strong product sensitivity, knows very well the specifics of the position
Experience in following a project in its entirety (dealing with product development, factories…)
Organized and precise, respects deadlines and knows how to manage priorities
Dynamic, with excellent relational skills.
