For a renowned Group, among the main players in the production and distribution of Footwear, Leather Goods, Clothing and Luxury Accessories globally, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager Men’s RTW.

Report: Chief Product Officer

Mission: Coordination of the Product Development and Registry Office for all Men’s RTW categories, tailoring and knitwear.

The sought-after figure will be responsible for:

• Coordination of the Product Development and Registry Office
• Management of collection development timing
• Management of the Di.Ba control compilation process and Bom launch
• Costing process
• Management of suppliers and the launch process, defecting and industrialization
• Sharing with the Purchasing Office of labeling information and export regulations
• Oversees the quality of prototype and sample garments, ensuring the necessary standards with Industrialization and Quality Control
• Management of a team of 4 people: 2 PM + 2 DiBa Entry.

The candidate for the professional role sought by the Client Company, and as better identified in the preceding point, will preferably have the following characteristics:

• Extensive experience in the Men’s, fashion/luxury sector
• Strong know-how in the Outerwear world and possibly also knitwear
• In-depth knowledge of the main sector suppliers
• Management skills: of the Team, of the Suppliers, of the Costing, of the Timing and of the processes that determine the flow of garments from prototyping to sample collection, then managing the industrialization of the garments in the different merchandise categories to be passed into production
• Very structured person, who knows the processes well
• Person who knows how to share, teach and manage.
