After building a successful professional experience as Recruiter for Mid and High level positions in Fashion, Retail and Luxury Goods, in February 2014 she founded the company to which she has given her name. An MBA graduate at Hartford University (CT, USA), she has worked for some of the most prestigious Executive Search firms in Italy and abroad: Egon Zehnder in Milano, Korn Ferry in Paris, TMP Executive Search in Paris and Milan.
As Head of the Placement Department at the prestigious Italian Fashion School “Istituto Marangoni” in Milan, she extended her knowledge into the fields of Design, Merchandising and Product Management. Thus enriching her knowhow in the field of Fashion. Jacqueline Bonati graduated in Clinical Psychology at Università degli Studi di Padova, and in 1992 she began her professional career, Head Hunting in the Fashion sector, as a Research and Selection Consultant in Moda Research. In 2001, she decided to try an experience as HR within a fashion luxury brand and she joined Giorgio Armani SpA, where she remained up to 2014. Thirteen years at Giorgio Armani SpA saw her grow constantly, up to becoming Head of Recruiting. From 2005 to 2014, she reported directly to the Director of Human Resources WW, collaborating in close contact with the HR Managers of industrial companies and the foreign branch offices, coordinating research projects and selecting first report staff, the “C” levels, for the General Management of the Head Office.
In 2015 Jacqueline chose freelancing and returned to Recruiting, in particular of Executive profiles, and also focussed on two particular interests of hers, coaching and teaching. She obtained a Diploma in Humanistic Coaching at InCoaching, and meanwhile dedicated her time to teaching English speaking Fashion Business courses at Istituto Marangoni in Milan. Jacqueline is a member of the Italian Register of Psychologists and Associazione Italiana Coach Professionisti (the Italian Association of Professional Coaches). Since January 2016 she is the key contact Partner in Rodgy Guerrera and Partners for Executive Search and the selection of Corporate profiles in the Luxury Fashion and Retail sector.

Upon graduation in 1997 in Business Administration at the Bocconi University of Milan, she started working for the Prada Group, where she remained until 2002 dealing with Management Control, Consolidated Financial Statements, Acquisitions and Operations both in Italy and abroad.
In 2003 she participated in the start-up of Capucci as Head of Licenses-Legal, and in 2005 she joined Studio Tributario Deiure where she took care of contracts drafting and advising for Corporate and Tax subject matters as well as of Special Projects for national and multinational groups.
Thanks to the trust and experience gained at Studio Tributario Deiure she was appointed Statutory Auditor and Auditor for various major Italian companies. She was Auditor for Ingersoll Rand Italy S.r.l.. And Ronci S.r.l. as well as Statutory Auditor for Sextant Finance S.r.l. and 433 S.r.l. Currently she holds the office of Statutory Auditor for 422 S.p.A., part of Intek Group. From 2010 she worked as a Consultant for companies in the Fashion Industry, such as Belstaff and Costume National, following projects focused mainly on Controlling (Cost Analysis of samples and production, Budgeting, Reporting, Mapping and Implementation of a new Information System) and Operations (Processes Analysis and definition of new procedures such as Labeling, CITES, Returns and 231).
Since April 2015 she has been the reference Partner in Rodgy Guerrera and Partners for Middle and High Profiles in the areas of Administration and Finance, Legal and Licensing, Operations and Supply Chain for the Fashion, Luxury and Retail sectors.

With a degree in Modern Literature from the University of Milan and in-depth experience in human resources, specialising in fashion and design, Magda Meda has worked in specialist companies and as a consultant.
She first entered the world of fashion recruitment in the mid-nineties, at Pambianco, one of the leading Italian companies in the sector. Later, following significant experience within IT Holding SPA, where she was Head of Selection, she was Human Resources Manager at Gianfranco Ferrè S.p.A. until 2005. She then returned to Pambianco Head Hunting, where she stayed until 2017.
Over the years, Magda has worked with medium to large Italian and international companies and helped them identify the most suitable candidates for their needs and interpret the values which could make a significant contribution to their development projects.
At Rodgy Guerrera and Partners, Magda Meda is the key specialist in the Design, Fashion, Textiles and Cosmetics Industries.

Daniela Fumagalli has dedicated herself to professional Head Hunting since the beginning of her career. After a degree in Political Science at the Università degli Studi di Milano and a specialisation in Brand Management in Fashion at SDA Bocconi Divisione Sistema Moda, she joined the renowned Executive Search group Amrop International as Researcher and, in 2000, she became Associate at TMP Worldwide with the Practice Consumer - Retail - Fashion & Luxury Goods.
She then took part in the start up of Value Search in 2003, where she was responsible for the Research Department, managing projects in every field, with particular focus on Fashion, Retail and Luxury Goods.
She free-lances as research and recruiting consultant for Middle and Top Management positions since 2007.
Daniela Fumagalli is Partner and Head of the Research Department at Rodgy Guerrera and Partners since February 2014.

Her professional career started in Milano, where she specialised in communication, first as editor at Business Congress, then in the press offices of leading Italian and international PR agencies. She focused on planning media relations strategies, specifically on product communication and brand reputation. From 2000 to 2004 she was Responsible for Media Relations at Fleishman Hillard Italia, Marketing Division, where she managed important clients in the Consumer Goods industry.
She moved to Athens in 2004, to create and manage an exclusive wine boutique, which rapidly became a reference point for the promotion of Made-in-Italy products in Greece. In this enterprise she successfully combined her PR and management skills. Claire Guerrera has been Partner at Rodgy Guerrera and Partners S.r.l since February 2014.
